1. Data We Collect

When you use SiddhSar, we collect: your name, email, phone number, child's name, child's age, assessment responses, and payment information. For school deployments, we collect student rosters as provided by the school administrator.

2. Why We Collect It

To generate your personalised Pratibha Map or Career Constellation report. To send your report via WhatsApp. To enable your partner/school to view assessment completion status. To improve our assessment framework.

3. DPDPA 2023 Compliance

SiddhSar complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For children under 18, we require verifiable parental consent before processing assessment data. You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, and request erasure.

4. Child Data Protection

We never share individual child assessment data with third parties. School administrators see only their enrolled students. Partners see only clients they have personally assigned codes to. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for research.

5. Third-Party Processors

Supabase (database hosting), Razorpay (payments), MSG91 (WhatsApp delivery), Vercel (web hosting). Each processor is bound by contractual data protection obligations.

6. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for 5 years or until erasure is requested. Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax law (8 years).
