1. Platform Use

SiddhSar is an educational profiling platform. By using this platform, you agree to these terms. You must be 18+ to create an account or make purchases. For users under 18, a parent or guardian must complete registration.

2. Assessment Disclaimer

The Pratibha Map, Career Constellation, and all SiddhSar assessments are educational profiling tools. They are not clinical psychological assessments and do not diagnose any condition. Results should not be used for school admission, medical decisions, or any other high-stakes purpose. If you have concerns about your child's development, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Partner Terms

Partners are independent contractors, not employees or franchisees. Partners are responsible for their own GST compliance. Partners must adhere to SiddhSar MSRP pricing guidelines when billing end customers. Violations may result in partnership suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All assessment content, reports, branding, and methodology are the intellectual property of SiddhSar Education Pvt. Ltd. Partners receive a limited license to use SiddhSar materials for client delivery purposes only.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
