Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy

All payments for SiddhSar assessments, training programmes, and digital products are non-refundable once the payment is confirmed. This is because:

• Assessment codes are generated instantly upon payment
• AI-generated reports consume computing resources immediately
• Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed

Exception

If your payment was debited but you did not receive access to your assessment (technical failure), contact us within 48 hours at support@siddhsar.in. We will either restore access or process a full refund within 7 business days.

Partner Code Purchases

Wholesale code purchases by partners are non-refundable and non-expiring. Codes remain valid indefinitely in the partner's inventory until assigned and consumed.
